Shot in real-life comedy locations including Santa Monica’s Westside Comedy Theater and Hollywood’s The Complex, narrative feature film Life in Color stars Josh McDermitt (The Walking Dead, Last Comic Standing) as a clown-magician turned bona fide stand-up.

Moontower Comedy Festival vets Fortune Feimster and Baron Vaughn,  plus UCB regular Adam Lustick lend creative authenticity in their roles as comedians. Writer, director, producer and editor Katharine Emmer also stars.

Life in Color premiered at South by Southwest 2015 and subsequently won the Special Jury Prize at the Napa Valley Film Festival and the Best of Fest – Prix D’Or Award at NYC’s Lower East Side Film Festival.

The romantic dramedy, says Emmer, “explores the hidden issues we all bury beneath the surface in a raw and touching way with humor and honesty.” Life in Color is available on iTunes and Amazon February 11.
